The jib crane was supplied for localized lifting and component handling inside the customer’s production workshop. With a compact pillar-mounted structure and horizontal slewing boom, the crane provides an efficient lifting solution for workstations where a full overhead crane system is unnecessary or where lifting operations are concentrated within a specific working area.
The crane is equipped with an electric hoist mounted on the jib arm, allowing loads to be lifted vertically and moved along the boom within the designed working radius. The slewing structure enables the jib arm to rotate around the supporting pillar, helping operators transfer materials between production, assembly, maintenance, and storage positions.
The equipment was designed for indoor industrial use and integrated into the customer’s existing workshop layout. Its compact installation footprint makes it suitable for manufacturing plants, machinery workshops, assembly areas, maintenance stations, warehouses, and other localized material handling applications.
Before delivery, TAIDA GLOBAL completed structural inspection, mechanical assembly checks, electrical system verification, hoist operation testing, hook lifting tests, and slewing mechanism checks. The jib arm, supporting pillar, hoisting unit, electrical components, fasteners, and safety-related parts were inspected before the equipment was prepared for shipment.

The project delivery included the main supporting pillar, jib arm structure, electric hoist, lifting hook assembly, electrical control components, slewing mechanism, mounting components, safety-related parts, workshop assembly, inspection, testing, packing, and technical support.
During production, the main steel structure was fabricated and assembled according to the required lifting capacity and operating conditions. The electric hoist and related electrical components were then installed and tested to verify lifting, traveling, and positioning functions.
Before shipment, the completed jib crane underwent final workshop inspection to confirm structural condition, mechanical assembly, electrical operation, lifting performance, and overall delivery readiness.
After installation at the customer’s facility in Vietnam, the 2-ton pillar-mounted jib crane will be used for frequent handling of machinery components, production materials, tools, and other industrial loads within the designated workstation area.
The project provides the customer with a compact and practical lifting solution that improves material transfer efficiency while reducing dependence on manual handling and large-area lifting equipment.
This successful delivery further demonstrates TAIDA GLOBAL’s capability to provide customized jib cranes and industrial lifting equipment for international manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, and material handling applications.
