The equipment was manufactured for use in a fully mechanized longwall mining system, where hydraulic roof supports provide continuous roof control and create a protected operating space for mining equipment and personnel during underground extraction operations.
The supplied hydraulic supports feature a heavy-duty shield-type structural design incorporating welded steel bases, roof canopies, shield structures, large hydraulic support legs, operating cylinders, articulated linkage mechanisms, hydraulic hoses, valve groups, pin connections, and related mechanical components.
Large-diameter hydraulic legs form the main load-bearing system of each support. Installed between the base and upper supporting structure, they provide the force required to maintain controlled contact with the mine roof and support the surrounding rock during mining operations.
The articulated structural arrangement allows the roof canopy, shield section, and base to work together during support adjustment and advancement. Hydraulic cylinders control different equipment movements, including canopy positioning, structural adjustment, and support advancement along the longwall working face.
Integrated hydraulic pipelines, valve blocks, connectors, and control components provide hydraulic power distribution throughout the equipment. This configuration allows the support mechanisms to operate in a coordinated manner under demanding underground conditions.
Before delivery, the units were assembled and arranged inside the production workshop for inspection. TAIDA GLOBAL checked the main structures, hydraulic legs, operating cylinders, pin joints, linkage mechanisms, hydraulic pipelines, valve groups, connection points, and overall assembly condition before export preparation.

During production, the main steel structures were fabricated, welded, machined, and assembled according to the project requirements. Load-bearing sections, articulated connections, hydraulic leg mounting areas, pin interfaces, and other critical structural positions were carefully processed and inspected.
After structural assembly, hydraulic legs, operating cylinders, hoses, valve groups, connectors, and associated hydraulic components were installed and adjusted.
Before shipment, TAIDA GLOBAL completed final workshop inspections covering structural integrity, welded joints, hydraulic leg installation, cylinder operation, articulated mechanism movement, hydraulic pipeline routing, valve connections, mechanical interfaces, and overall equipment condition.
The supports were also organized according to equipment identification and installation sequence to facilitate transportation and subsequent underground installation.
The project delivery included complete longwall hydraulic roof support units, bases, roof canopies, shield structures, hydraulic support legs, operating cylinders, linkage mechanisms, hydraulic valve groups, hoses and pipelines, mechanical connection components, workshop assembly, inspection, export preparation, and technical support.
Major hydraulic and structural components were secured and protected before shipment in accordance with the transportation requirements of heavy underground mining equipment.
Following delivery to the customer’s mining site in Mexico, the hydraulic roof supports will be installed continuously along the underground longwall working face and integrated with the corresponding mechanized mining equipment.
During operation, the supports will provide controlled roof support while advancing progressively with the production face, helping maintain stable working conditions and supporting continuous mechanized mining operations.
This project further demonstrates TAIDA GLOBAL’s manufacturing and international delivery capability in longwall hydraulic roof supports, underground mining machinery, and customized fully mechanized mining solutions for international mining projects.
