Heavy-Duty Crane Traveling Bogie Assemblies Delivered to the UAE

In August 2026, TAIDA GLOBAL successfully completed the production and delivery of a batch of

heavy-duty crane traveling bogie assemblies to the United Arab Emirates for a large industrial material handling project.

The bogie assemblies were designed for integration into a rail-mounted gantry crane traveling system, providing structural support, load distribution, and stable crane movement along the operating rails. The equipment was manufactured for heavy-duty industrial service and configured according to the customer’s crane layout, installation interfaces, and operating requirements.

During production, the bogie frames, drive units, transmission components, mounting structures, and related mechanical parts were assembled and checked in the workshop. The heavy-duty welded steel structures provide the rigidity required for crane traveling applications, while the motor and reducer drive arrangement is designed to support controlled and coordinated movement after installation.

Before delivery, TAIDA GLOBAL carried out inspections of the main structural components, welded sections, equipment interfaces, drive unit mounting positions, mechanical assemblies, and overall fabrication condition. Particular attention was given to component alignment, assembly accuracy, structural integrity, and preparation for overseas transportation.

The completed assemblies were protected and prepared for shipment according to the transportation requirements of large crane components. Technical coordination was also provided to support subsequent installation and integration into the customer’s complete gantry crane system.

Project Delivery Scope

The project delivery included heavy-duty bogie steel structures, traveling drive units, transmission components, mounting assemblies, mechanical connection parts, workshop pre-assembly, quality inspection, export packing preparation, and technical support.

During the project, TAIDA GLOBAL coordinated the manufacturing and assembly process according to the crane system requirements to ensure that the bogie assemblies could be integrated efficiently during final installation.

After production and inspection were completed, the assemblies were prepared for overseas transportation to the UAE. Following on-site installation, they will form an important part of the gantry crane traveling system, supporting stable rail movement and reliable material handling operations.
