The equipment was configured for integration into a rail-mounted gantry crane traveling system, where the bogie assemblies form an important part of the crane’s lower traveling mechanism. Their primary functions are to support the crane structure, distribute operating loads, and provide stable movement along the crane rails.
The assemblies feature heavy-duty fabricated steel frames, rail wheel systems, electric drive units, gear reducers, transmission components, mounting structures, and mechanical connection interfaces. The overall configuration was engineered for industrial crane applications requiring reliable traveling performance and compatibility with the complete crane structure.
During manufacturing, the main bogie frames were fabricated and assembled in the workshop before installation of the drive and transmission components. The electric motors, reducers, wheel-related assemblies, mounting bases, and associated mechanical parts were positioned according to the crane traveling system design.
Before the equipment was prepared for export, TAIDA GLOBAL carried out inspections covering the main steel structures, welded connections, drive unit installation, transmission arrangement, mechanical interfaces, assembly condition, and overall manufacturing quality. Protective measures were also applied to major drive components before transportation.

During production, the engineering and manufacturing teams coordinated the structural and mechanical interfaces to ensure that the bogie assemblies could be integrated efficiently with the customer’s complete gantry crane system.
After workshop assembly and inspection, the equipment was prepared for international transportation. Once installed as part of the complete crane, these traveling bogie assemblies are intended to provide stable rail movement and reliable load transfer during industrial lifting and material handling operations.
